Our brand is not responsible for any online purchase mistakes or software errors. Our brand holds the warrant to cancel the purchase upon such circumstances. The purchase is cancelled if the payment is not received for such reasons.

Delivery Information

All our goods are delivered with a standard delivery are free of charge for the indicated areas www.anarela.com has all the responsibility until the goods are delivered to you. The purchased goods are dispatched within 2-3 business days through the standard delivery and it will arrive in 5-10 working days, depend on the destination.

International Delivery

We deliver to most countries outside of the EU. However there are restrictions on some Products for certain International Delivery Destinations, and if there are restrictions imposed on imports of certain goods, then we may not be able to accept your order.

If you order Products from our Website for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

If you find out any broken piece or any faulty product, please return it by the courier. Please do inform the customer service afterwards. Unconditional Customer Satisfaction is our primary motto.

Return Policy

The refund or cancellation cargo fee for products from www.anarela.com is demanded to be paid by the buyer. The cargo fee is due to be paid by www.anarela.com if the guarantee terms are met (meaning the product is either broken or faulty at delivery). However, the buyer is charged a cargo fee in case of an exchange request.

If you want to return one or more items, please contact us directly through our mail info@anarela.com and specify your order number and the items you want to return. We advise you to always keep the shipping receipt, until you received our confirmation about receiving your parcel. Keep in mind that you are held responsible for the parcel until the items have returned to our warehouse.  Always add your name and order number to the parcel before returning it.

Purchases can be returned for a refund within 7 days after the receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused and with all its original packaging and tags on the clothes in perfect conditions. You will be refunded for the value of the product. The refund will be made within 15 working days after the product has returned to our warehouse.

All your payments are done through the stripe and paypal interfaces, your bank and your personal computer. Moreover, no payment is received without the buyer’s personal consent.
